HowMuchie for iOS and Android

HowMuchie tracks your travel spending on your phone. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use it.
HowMuchie is published by Codelogy Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202618954W), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. Codelogy Labs is responsible for HowMuchie's handling of personal data described in this policy.

Profile and preference information, travel and spending records, and group-expense information are stored locally to provide the app's features. The app does not upload those records to us. Device or operating-system backups may separately include them.
No HowMuchie account is required. If biometric app lock is used, authentication is handled by your device; the app does not receive your biometric templates.
HowMuchie uses Google AdMob for banner ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain information, including:
Google states that it uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes. We may see aggregated advertising reports in AdMob, but we do not receive your HowMuchie entries or Google's raw advertising data.
Where required by applicable law or Google policy, HowMuchie presents advertising privacy or consent choices before ads are requested, as applicable.

HowMuchie offers an optional annual subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store's terms and policies. We and our purchase-service providers process purchase history, subscription status, an app identifier and related device information to verify purchases, recognise paid access, and administer and report on subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Exchange-rate suggestions are obtained from a third-party service using the selected currency pair. That service also receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to you, manage the support request and meet any applicable legal obligations. We keep it only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal data.
Google may process AdMob information in countries outside Singapore. Google handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Purchase-service providers may also process subscription information outside your country of residence.
You can view, correct or delete your entries in the app at any time. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling HowMuchie removes its locally stored data from that device. If your device or operating system independently maintains a backup, that backup is controlled by your device or account provider rather than Codelogy Labs. We hold no server copy of your entries, so we cannot recover, access, correct or delete them for you.
Deleting local app data does not itself delete records held by purchase-service providers.
You can manage ad personalisation and your advertising identifier in your Android settings.

We will update this page and its "last updated" date if our data practices change. If a change materially affects how HowMuchie handles personal data, we will provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
